Our Vetting & Evaluation Methodology

Vehicle Fleet Evaluation (Quarterly Audit)

Our vehicles are more than just transport; they are private sanctuaries. Each vehicle in our fleet, and those of our trusted partners, is subject to a quarterly 100-point inspection based on the following criteria:

  • Safety & Compliance (40%): Verification of up-to-date KIR (roadworthiness) certification, comprehensive insurance, functioning GPS tracking, and presence of first-aid and emergency equipment. Brake, tire, and engine diagnostics are reviewed.
  • Immaculate Presentation (30%): Interior and exterior cleanliness, absence of any scuffs or odors, quality of leather, and overall aesthetic condition. We score on a scale of 1-10, with only vehicles scoring 9 or higher remaining in active service.
  • Client Amenities (20%): Reliability of in-vehicle Wi-Fi, quality of complimentary refreshments (e.g., Aqua Reflections, local snacks), availability of charging ports, and functionality of climate control systems.
  • Discretion (10%): Vehicles must be unbranded or have subtle branding. Window tinting must comply with Indonesian law while providing maximum privacy.

Chauffeur Vetting & Training (Continuous Process)

Our chauffeurs are ambassadors of our brand. Our selection process is uncompromising and training is ongoing.

  1. Initial Screening: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, with at least 2 years serving HNW or diplomatic clients. A clean driving record and a full background check conducted by a professional third-party firm are mandatory.
  2. Interview & Assessment: Candidates undergo multiple interviews assessing their communication skills (including English proficiency), geographical knowledge of Bali, and understanding of professional etiquette and discretion.
  3. Onboarding & Training: Successful candidates complete a 40-hour training program covering:
    • Advanced Defensive Driving & Evasive Maneuvers
    • Client Privacy & Non-Disclosure Protocols
    • First Aid & Emergency Response
    • Cultural Sensitivity & Etiquette
    • Familiarization with 5-star hotel and private villa arrival procedures
  4. Performance Review: Chauffeurs are evaluated quarterly based on client feedback, on-time performance metrics, and spot-checks by our Head of Training.

Partner Audit Process (Bi-Annual Site Visits)

We only recommend and collaborate with partners who share our commitment to excellence. Our Partnership Manager, detailed on our team page, conducts bi-annual audits.

  • Luxury Hotels & Villas: We conduct on-site visits to assess the arrival experience, staff professionalism, security protocols, and overall service quality. We maintain direct relationships with the General Manager or Head Concierge at each partner property.
  • Experience Providers (Yachts, Helicopters, Guides): We verify all licensing and safety certifications (e.g., marine safety for boat captains). We assess the quality of the equipment, the expertise of the staff, and their ability to cater to a luxury clientele.
  • Feedback Integration: All client feedback regarding partners is logged and reviewed. A single significant service failure can trigger an immediate review and potential suspension from our network.
