Every rate quoted by Bali Luxury Transfer is all-inclusive and per vehicle — never per person. The price you see covers the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, parking, and tolls, with chilled mineral water and cold towels stocked on board.
A standard airport transfer to Seminyak in a premium sedan typically starts from IDR 650,000. Airport to Canggu (approximately 18 km) starts at IDR 700,000, and a three-hour local executive-sedan charter begins around IDR 750,000.
All fuel costs are integrated into the quoted price. Road tolls and parking fees at destinations are pre-calculated and covered as standard.
For couples or solo travellers, the Executive Sedan (Mercedes C-Class or BMW 3-Series) at IDR 750,000 for a three-hour charter equates to roughly IDR 350,000 per person on a typical airport run.
For groups of five, an MPV transfer at IDR 1,000,000 brings the per-person cost down to approximately IDR 200,000. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter accommodates up to 12 passengers and 10 suitcases for the lowest per-person rate.
Child safety seats are available for IDR 100,000 per seat per transfer, with 24 hours’ advance notice recommended. The VIP meet-and-greet upgrade — expedited immigration and customs, airport-gate pickup — is typically IDR 500,000 to 1,500,000 depending on the level.
Bespoke enhancements such as in-car champagne, fruit platters, floral arrangements, multi-lingual chauffeur assignment, and arrival photography can be added with 48 hours’ advance notice.
Domestic and international flights, travel insurance and visas, premium alcoholic beverages, diving certifications, photography packages, and chauffeur gratuities (10–15% is customary) are not included in the base rate.
